The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, making our stay as business travelers a pleasant experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the room rate.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the musical fountains. Walking through the old building was charming. All hotel guests had the privilege of visiting the museum rooms for free. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. A fantastic experience overall.

We stayed at Zamek and it was a truly extraordinary experience. The building and grounds clearly used to be beautiful but it seems to have fallen in tough times. However, the castle itself is still stunning and the price we paid was great for what we got. Our room was huge and had a fantastic view of the fountain light show. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was excellent. The staff at reception, although not fluent in English, were always helpful and tried their best to assist us. The bathroom was spacious with two showers, two sinks, and two toilets, just for our room. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. , the castle was well-maintained on the outside, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

The hotel was in a perfect location, up to other stop. Further, it was just off wonderful castle and cafe and the garden. The rooms were reasonably spacious and also in the bedroom. The staff were nice and helpful lot of time.

The hotel had indeed an unbeatable and great location up to other stop. Also, Fabryka Robotow was 2 miles away. The room was spacious and offered a shower, hair dryers, and towels, so that guests had essentials.

Outstanding experience, beautiful venue, huge room, clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, amazing breakfast, walk around the castle, perfect!

The room was huge and reasonably large also in the bedroom, and we slept very well...

Beds were very uncomfortable in this place.

We had a blast exploring the chambers and feeling like we were part of a wizarding world. The potions classes were mind-blowing, and the knights' fight show was totally epic. It was like we were transported back in time to an extraordinary adventure!

While the attractions at the castle were amazing, we would have loved to see more activities geared towards young party-goers. It would be awesome if they could organize some cool parties or events for teenagers like us to make the experience even more unforgettable!

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on a peaceful pond with beautiful views in the evening. The castle itself is truly magnificent, like something out of a fairy tale. the downstairs restaurant or cafe area provides a cozy atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their meals.

The staff's English skills seemed to be lacking, causing some confusion and misinformation during our stay.

The castle is absolutely stunning, both from the outside and inside. The grandeur and beauty took my breath away. I couldn't help but feel like royalty as I strolled through the corridors and explored the high-ceilinged rooms. The architecture and history of the castle are simply incredible.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, such as the limited dining options and the lack of English-speaking staff in the reception, they did not overshadow the overall amazing experience. The beauty and history of the castle, along with the exceptional service from the dining room staff, more than made up for it.

The value for money at Zamek was excellent, the room was clean and fresh, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location was great for exploring the area, and the playpen provided for my toddler was a delightful surprise.
